How a Client can permit/revoke access to their results

By default, when you add a client to your Forth Partner portal, you are granted access to see their data and results. However, your clients can manage this access at any time in their Forth App.

Your client can press on the menu button in the top left of the screen.

And select Third Party Access from the menu that opens.

They will be taken to the Third Party Access screen in their app.

To revoke access, your client can press the I Would Like To Revoke Their Access button.

Alternatively, your client can revoke/permit access on a per Order basis (ie. if there is a sensitive result they would prefer to discuss privately / where an order was placed outside of the Forth Partner Portal and now want to share it with a Forth Partner).

This can be done at the bottom of the same screen.
