How to get in touch with us

Please ensure you contact us from the email address associated with your Forth account so we can quickly confirm your identity and resolve any issues in the first instance.
How long do I have to wait for a reply?
Our team operates from 9.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). We don’t work on weekends.
We aim to reply to all queries within 1-2 working days where possible.
